SOKI : AI-driven Task management prototype for women's mental well-being
SOKI is a task assistant designed to reduce the invisible mental load carried by women when managing shared responsibilities, especially the guilt of constantly reminding others to complete tasks. Built with empathy, intelligent automation, and behavioral insights, SOKI helps users delegate without stress, follow up without tension, and promote shared accountability in personal or family environments.

My Role
As the Product Manager, I led this project end-to-end:
Framed the problem through qualitative and quantitative research
Directed MVP scope and feature planning
Oversaw UX design in Figma and prototyping on Glide
Managed go-to-market strategy and post-survey analysis
Ensured emotional design principles were embedded in the product experience
Research & Insights
Conducted 8 in-depth interviews and a 100-person survey
Analyzed responses using Tableau to identify behavioral patterns and emotional triggers
Created user personas and mapped emotional journeys to understand the delegation dynamic
Key insights:
Women often experience emotional guilt around task delegation
There’s a strong desire for neutral, guilt-free follow-ups
Emotional friction is just as real as operational friction
The Solution
SOKI introduces a system where reminders are generated automatically… not manually, reducing tension and preserving relationships. Our MVP focused on:
Key Features:
System-generated nudges that feel light and supportive
Emotionally tuned language (e.g., “Just a gentle check-in 😊”)
Role-based task visibility to distribute ownership
Emotional status indicators (e.g., “feeling overwhelmed”) for better mutual understanding
Mobile-first MVP developed in Glide for fast, accessible onboarding
SOKI doesn’t just help get things done, it helps people feel okay about how they get done.
Where AI Comes In
The heart of SOKI’s value lies in its emotionally intelligent automation. The system delivers context-aware, pre-written nudges that eliminate the need for users to follow up directly; a major source of stress. In future iterations, SOKI aims to learn from user behavior to fine-tune reminder tone, frequency, and delivery style; introducing personalization through lightweight AI that supports without overstepping.
Prototyping & Stack
Figma – UI/UX design and interaction flows
Glide – No-code development for mobile MVP
Tableau – Survey analysis and visual insights
Notion – Internal documentation and planning

Go-to-Market Strategy
Identified early user personas: young couples, parents, roommates
Launched research-backed messaging focused on “shared responsibility without guilt”
Planned acquisition through micro-influencer outreach, Reddit forums, and women-centered communities
Future growth to be driven by content marketing, in-app referrals, and empathetic storytelling
